Administrative Board
St. Ilija Macedonian Orthodox Church has been in existence since 1977. Through the four and a half decades of its inception, our church has weathered small and large challenges and has stood toll and growing stronger, reflecting its members' values of determination to prevail against all odds. Our community has prospered, financially and spiritually, thanks to the dedicated people who have stepped up to lead and serve on our Board and many committees and group activities. Every two years a new Board is elected, and for 44 years, together, we build upon the progress of those who lead before us.
Our Board's leadership provides legal and religious direction for our church community. The Board sets the long-term direction of our church and crafts and governs by our constitution and bylaws. Our Board is charged with ensuring that our church organization stays true to its mission and operates in compliance with its established Orthodox Church policies and state and federal laws. The Board oversees the management of the church's facilities and helps ensure strong relationships within our local as well as broader community.
